We'll be direct about fit.
If we think we're the right match, we'll tell you clearly — and explain why. If we're not, we'll say that too. We work with a small number of clients at a time, and we take that seriously.

We agree on the engagement and get to work.
Once we're aligned on scope and structure, we move quickly. Most engagements are active within two weeks of our first conversation.
