Cristina has spent 25 years building and leading teams inside technology companies — across product, marketing, operations, and service delivery, at companies ranging from early-stage to enterprise.
She co-founded The Learning Plan to give growing businesses access to senior fractional leadership in the functions that drive scale: product strategy, go-to-market design, brand, operational systems, and the cross-functional work that connects them.
Cristina works with a small number of clients at a time, embedded directly into the team and accountable for real outcomes — not advising from the outside.
Peter Dameski
Peter co-founded The Learning Plan and brings over two decades of experience in learning and development, change management, and organizational design — currently applied as a senior change manager at one of Canada's major financial institutions.
He contributes to The Learning Plan in an advisory and occasional fractional capacity, bringing an L&D lens to client engagements where team enablement, knowledge transfer, and change adoption are part of the work.
